1. What a reservation is

A reservation is a $25 payment that holds your place in line for a NeuroLingo headband and locks the price shown to you when you reserved. It is not an order. It is refundable in full at any time, for any reason, by writing to info@generalneuro.com.

2. The invitation to order

Reservations are invited to order in groups, in the order they were made. When your group opens we will email you an invitation to complete your order at your locked price.

3. Price

The price you are invited to pay is the price shown to you when you reserved. We honor it even if the price on the site has changed. The $25 reservation is credited against it.

4. Shipping window

First headbands ship in 2027. We will announce the quarter when the production run is booked and email you!

5. If the date moves

If we are running late, we will email you before your ship window ends with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund. If the new date is 30 days or less after the original one, we keep your order open unless you cancel. If it is more than 30 days later, or we cannot give you a new date, we only keep your order if you tell us you want to wait. Otherwise we cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Cancelling an order

Every order is refundable in full until the day it ships. After delivery, the return policy applies: see the refund policy, which also sets out the cancellation right for customers in the United Kingdom.

7. Where we ship

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Local taxes and duties are shown at checkout.
