Reservations

Your $25 reservation is refundable in full at any time, for any reason. Write to info@generalneuro.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Orders before shipping

Every order is refundable in full until the day it ships. No reason needed.

Returns after delivery

You have 30 days from delivery to return the headband for a full refund.

If you are in the United Kingdom

You have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason, from the day you order until 14 days after your headband is delivered. Tell us by emailing info@generalneuro.com, then send the headband back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the headband back or proof that you sent it. Our 30-day return policy applies on top of this right and does not replace it.

If the ship date moves

You will hear from us first, with the option to cancel for a full refund. See the pre-order terms.
