Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, please note:

  • Return the complete product including all accessories and components.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns of used products are accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Exchanges

Refunds

Shop Orders

If you purchased your item through our Shop app, please ensure your order number is included in your return request to help us locate your purchase quickly.
